What is the Giv Club and how do I sign up?

What are my subscription options?

You can subscribe and choose how you would like to pay for a greater discount; either pay monthly, bi-annually, or annually. If you choose to pay for 6 month (bi-annual) or 12 month (annual) subscription you must pay the total cost for all boxes in your selected time period at once to receive the discount. It’s the best to save money isn’t it?


Why do I have to select a size?

We have three bracelet sizes you can choose from to customize your fit. Select your size using the drop down menu at check out.

Can I add items to my Giv box? (New subscribers only)

Yes of course! Just add your subscription to your cart then go back to the shop page and add away!


Can I add items to my Giv box each month after it launches on the 1st? (Existing Subscribers Only)

Yes, of course! But only for a limited time (1st - 4th of each month) and only Exclusive products (limited time products launched with each box monthly) that compliment each month’s box. So let me repeat and don’t forget this, write it down! Here are the two things to remember each month when you want to add products to your existing subscription.

    1. You can only add the exclusive products that go with the monthly launch each month that launches on the first. These products you can add to your box and you will be charged when the box runs your card each month on the 5th.

    2. You can only add products to your box from 1st - 5th of each month. Otherwise it will ship separately and you will pay have to pay shipping on that order. (applies to U.S. and CA)


How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

It varies based upon the shipping company you choose at time of check out. The best value is our flat rate of $9.50 USD. As we scale our company, we are actively looking to find lower shipping options for our Canadian subscribers. Please stay tuned for updates - we promise to take care of you!


How does my purchasing a Giv box support the artisans who make the jewelry?

Each time you buy a Giv box, you are contributing to our Artisans having a sustainable income. The more jewelry we buy from the Artisans, the more stable income they have to support themselves. Many of our female artisans rely on this work to take care of their families and contribute to their communities. So the more you subscribe and buy the more reliable income we can provide for Artisans. Look for our monthly impact report that comes to you by email each month on how your box empowered another.


How will I know if my order has shipped?

Your order will be shipped between 3-7 business days once your order is placed.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow three to seven days after your order has been submitted for it to ship. All tracking will be uploaded into your account once shipped. You can look up all status of your orders and tracking from your account. Email us at info@thegivbox.com for any questions.


When is the next month’s box revealed?

Giv boxes are revealed on the 1st of each month. You have until the 4th at 11:59 pm MST to skip your box or make any changes at all. On the 5th of each month your order will be processed on the credit card you signed up with when you first subscribed. After the 5th and your order is processed, there is no way you may skip or cancel for that month. Please see terms here.

Can I gift a Giv box?

To gift a Giv box, sign up for a separate subscription and choose “gift” at checkout. Or, you can change the address of your subscription to the person you’d like to gift a box to - just remember to change your address back to your own after your gift has been shipped. A simple way to gift is buy our gift cards online here.


What do I do if I want to skip my box for the month?

If you want to skip your box for the month, it's easy!  Send an email to info@thegivbox.com.  In the subject line write "Skip" and then in the email, please state your reason for skipping (the feedback helps us improve!).  Then we'll get you taken care of!

You can only skip the 1st through the 4th of the month.  If an email is sent before or after this time, we cannot skip your box.


What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

Remember Giv boxes make great gifts you can keep on hand for those last minute gift ideas. That way you can still empower if you aren’t a fan of the style for that month. You can also donate your box for that month to your favorite charity. (info coming Feb. 2019) Check back...big things coming.
